MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia’s energy minister said that Europe would not be able to replace large volumes of Russian natural gas with liquefied natural gas from different countries, the RIA news agency reported on Tuesday.
Nikolay Shulginov, the minister, made the remark in an interview with Energy Intelligence, an energy information provider.
